  • YouTube URLs: When you paste URLs for video analysis, channel analysis, or thumbnail downloading.
  • Search Keywords: Used in tools like Keyword Rank Checker and SEO Analyzer.
  • Video Titles, Tags, Descriptions: Pasted by users for SEO analysis.

This data is processed temporarily and is not stored on our servers. All analysis happens in real-time using YouTube API.

B. Automatically Collected Information

We use trusted third-party services that may collect:

  • Device Information: Device model, OS version, app version.
  • IP Address: Used for approximate location and analytics.
  • Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, session duration.

C. Thumbnail Downloader - Local Storage

The Thumbnail Downloader feature allows users to save video thumbnails to their device's local gallery. Please note:

  • No Cloud Upload: Downloaded thumbnails are saved ONLY on your device locally. We do not upload, store, or share any downloaded images on our servers.
  • No Collection: We do not collect, track, or analyze which thumbnails you download.
  • Temporary Processing: Thumbnail images are temporarily processed in device memory and then saved to your gallery.
  • Public Content: Thumbnails are publicly available images from YouTube's CDN (img.youtube.com).

2. How We Use Information

4. Third-Party Services

A. YouTube API Services

We use the YouTube Data API v3 to access publicly available data such as video titles, tags, descriptions, channel information, thumbnails, and search results.

We do NOT access private user data, user accounts, or any personal YouTube information.

B. Firebase (Google)

  • Analytics: Anonymous usage tracking to improve app features
  • Crashlytics: Crash reporting for stability improvements
  • Firestore: App configuration, API keys management, and dynamic content delivery (no personal data storage)

C. Gal Package (Gallery Access)

We use the Gal package to save thumbnails to your device's gallery. This package:

  • Requests storage permission only when necessary (Android 10 and below)
  • Uses scoped storage on Android 11+ (no permission required)
  • Does NOT collect or transmit any data about saved images
  • Does NOT display any notifications (downloads are silent)

D. Content Delivery

Video content in the "My Videos" section may be delivered via secure servers or trusted third-party infrastructure (HLS streaming).

5. Data Storage & Security

  • No personal user database is maintained by us.
  • All communications are secured using HTTPS encryption.
  • Data processed is minimal and used only for functionality and improvement.
  • Thumbnails are saved locally on your device - we cannot access them.

6. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not include any child-directed content or features.

7. Permissions Used

  • INTERNET: Required for YouTube API calls, fetching video/channel data, and loading ads.
  • ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To check internet connectivity before making API requests.
  • WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 10 and below only): Required to save thumbnails to your device gallery on older Android versions. For Android 11 and above, scoped storage is used automatically.
  • AD_ID: Used by AdMob for ad personalization (users can opt-out of personalized ads in device settings).

Note: This App does NOT request or use POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission as we do not display any download notifications.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access or request deletion of your data. Since we do not store personal data, such requests are minimal.

You can clear all app data anytime from your device settings (Settings → Apps → Lazy Tags → Clear Data).
